DevTech is soliciting proposals to hire four research institutions to translate, test, and validate data collection tools approved to measure education outcomes in four countries: Rwanda, South Africa, Tanzania, and Zambia. The tools will be used in future impact evaluations of the CATALYZE EduFinance activities. Please submit your most competitive proposals in accordance with the instructions for offers and terms of reference. Any award issued as a result of this RFP will be subject to all instructions, terms of reference/specifications, certifications, terms and conditions, and funder-required clauses.
