Mr. Jack Compton is a seasoned technology leader and Chief Technology Architect at DevTech Systems, Inc., where he shapes the firm’s AI strategy and leads architectural innovation across complex, data-driven systems. With deep expertise in software engineering, AI/ML integration, and user-centered design, Mr. Compton brings a track record of delivering scalable, accessible, and impactful digital solutions. He currently leads DevTech’s AI Working Group, guiding technical design, mentoring engineering teams, and ensuring alignment between cutting-edge technology and development outcomes.

Prior to joining DevTech, Mr. Compton held several senior leadership roles at Gartner Digital Markets, including Vice President of Engineering. There, he led the development of high-traffic B2C platforms, overseeing product roadmapping, performance optimization, and the integration of analytics-driven features that improved user experience and business responsiveness. His earlier experience includes leading the development of interactive dashboards for USG foreign assistance projects and managing full-stack engineering teams that delivered award-winning tools for public sector clients.

Mr. Compton holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from George Mason University. His career spans over two decades of experience in federal contracting, private sector marketplaces, and data visualization platforms. Known for his ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences, Mr. Compton is committed to delivering solutions that are both innovative and grounded in the real-world needs of users and institutions.
