Haley Johnston serves as Senior Human Resources Manager at DevTech Systems, Inc., where she leads the organization’s human resources operations and strategic human capital initiatives. She oversees all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, compensation and benefits, regulatory compliance, performance management, and organizational development. Working closely with executive leadership, Ms. Johnston plays a key role in aligning human capital strategies with business objectives, supporting organizational growth, and fostering an engaged, high-performing workforce.

In addition to her human resources leadership responsibilities, Ms. Johnston serves as DevTech’s Facility Security Officer (FSO), overseeing personnel security compliance and supporting the organization’s obligations as a cleared federal government contractor.

Ms. Johnston holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Nova Southeastern University. She also holds two nationally recognized professional credentials: the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.

Prior to joining DevTech, Ms. Johnston served as Human Resources Manager for a mid-sized nonprofit social services organization in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Her experience across the nonprofit and government contracting sectors provides a strong foundation in strategic workforce management, organizational effectiveness, and employment compliance.
