DevTech Systems, Inc. is proud to support the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) and its eligible customers through DIR Contract No. DIR-CPO-6285. As an awarded provider of Deliverables-Based Information Technology Services (DBITS), DevTech offers a comprehensive range of IT solutions designed to help public-sector organizations modernize their systems, enhance data-driven decision-making, and achieve their technology objectives.
Through this contract, eligible customers can access DevTech’s expertise in application development, data analytics, IT assessments, and project and program management, with services tailored to their specific needs and priorities.
Awarded services
1. Application Development, Maintenance, Support and Modernization
Application design, development and support; upgrades and modernization of legacy applications; cloud and platform migration; digital transformation; enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation and integration; systems integration, data migration, testing, documentation and user-centered solutions.
2. Business Intelligence, Data Management, Analytics and Automation
Data strategy, governance and quality; data integration, migration and warehousing; dashboards and interactive visualizations; business intelligence reporting; analytics and predictive models; automation and AI/ML-enabled data workflows within customer requirements.
3. IT Assessments, Planning, IV&V and Advisory Services
IT strategy and roadmaps; enterprise architecture and modernization assessments; technology and risk assessments; independent verification and validation (IV&V); IT market research; procurement advisory and contract implementation support, subject to applicable conflict-of-interest and procurement restrictions.
4. Project and Program Management
IT project and program planning, implementation and oversight; schedule, budget, risk and performance management; Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery; organizational change management; stakeholder engagement, quality assurance, transition and post-implementation support.
All descriptions are limited to the awarded DBITS categories. Individual projects must be defined in a customer-approved SOW.

- Contact DevTech. Contact our team to discuss your organization’s requirements and project objectives. We will work with you to define the scope of services and develop a tailored proposal, including pricing.
- Finalize the Agreement. DevTech will work with your organization to prepare a Statement of Work (SOW) and finalize the applicable Purchase Agreement in accordance with the requirements of DIR Contract No. DIR-CPO-6285.

Pricing and Quotes
Pricing for products and services available under DevTech Systems Inc.’s Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) Contract No. DIR-CPO-6285 is available upon request.
Eligible customers may obtain contract pricing by contacting DevTech at contracts@devtechsys.com. Please include a brief description of the requested products or services, anticipated scope of work, and any relevant project requirements.
DevTech will provide a quotation based on the customer’s requirements and the applicable pricing terms and conditions of the DIR contract.

Warranty and service policies
DevTech Systems, Inc. provides deliverables-based information technology services under DIR Contract No. DIR-CPO-6285. Applicable warranties and remedies are governed by the terms and conditions of the DIR Master Cooperative Contract and the applicable customer Statement of Work (SOW) or Purchase Agreement. DevTech does not offer a separate product warranty under this contract.
